This FREE one day high impact training workshop has been created for participants to learn and practice key leadership, communication, mentorning and coaching tools and techniques and then return to their workplaces to apply them.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Workplace supervisors, tradespeople and/or relevant employees who have responsibility to support, mentor and coach apprentices and new employees.
OUTCOMES
Participants will gain an understanding of key leadership and communication principles and demonsttate these through the application of effective mentoring and coaching tools and techniques.
